Process Serving powered by Surveillance2Serve

Process Serving powered by Surveillance2Serve

We do not knock and hope. We follow, we wait, and we deliver.

Have you ever had legal documents that need to be given to someone who keeps avoiding them? Most process servers knock on a door, get no answer, and leave a card. That approach fails all the time – and every time it fails, your legal matter is put on hold.

We do things differently. Our service is called Surveillance2Serve – and it is built around one goal: making sure your documents get delivered, no matter how hard the person tries to avoid them.

How It Works

We do not just show up at someone’s front door and announce ourselves. Instead, we find out where the person goes – their car, their work, their daily routine. Then we follow them quietly and wait for the right moment.

We serve the documents at the first natural opportunity. That might be when they stop for fuel, when they arrive at work, when they step out of a cafe, or when they park at a shopping centre. The person is calm, out in the open, and cannot pretend they were not there.

This approach works. And we have a strong track record of successfully serving people who had already avoided multiple previous attempts by other providers.

What You Get When We Successfully Serve

We document everything so there are no questions later. Once we have served the documents, you receive:

  • A photo: a clear, timestamped photograph showing the person, the documents, and the location at the moment of service
  • A sworn Affidavit of Service: a legal document signed by our operative confirming the details of the service, ready to be filed with the court
  • A written report: a full account of the date, time, location, what happened, and anything the person said at the time
What Documents Do We Serve?

We serve all types of legal documents including court claims, subpoenas, divorce papers, family law documents, bankruptcy notices, court orders, AVOs, and more. We work with lawyers, debt recovery firms, and private individuals.

What If the Person Has Already Avoided Service?

That is exactly what we are built for. If someone has already refused to answer their door or has been avoiding service for weeks, Surveillance2Serve is the solution. We locate them. We monitor them. We serve them.
